It's no secret that St. Jude -- the number one children's research hospital in the nation -- gives and gives. Now, a group of big name Texas musicians are giving back through their participation with the 2011 Texas Music Calendar.

George Strait, Miranda Lambert, Robert Earl Keen, Pat Green, Jewel ... the list goes on and on. But through the Country Fans Care fundraising program, thoughtful artists like these are hoping that their contribution to St. Jude will ensure that children's diseases won't be an endless worry.

Australian country superstar Keith Urban is certainly no Texan, but he did light the fire to make the St. Jude calendar project an annual event when he encouraged his fans to help raise money for the research hospital back in 2002. And when Urban says jump, his fans comply -- to date, the calendar sales have soared over $500,000.

This year's project is the 9th annual calendar, and it centers around the faces of Texas country music. In addition to those listed above, the 13-month calendar will also include Clint Black, LeAnn Rimes, Radney Foster, Trent Willmon, Randy Rogers Band, Chris Cagle, Richie McDonald and Clay Walker.

The calendar, which is $15 and benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, is available here.
