Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler recently released his debut country single, "Love Is Your Name," and he'll continue his country crossover with an upcoming guest appearance on the hit ABC series Nashville.

The flamboyant rocker announced the news by sharing a photo of himself with series star Hayden Panettiere — who plays country diva Juliette Barnes on the show — on the set, with the caption, “HAYDEN AND I GETTING A LITTLE 'CRAZY' ON SET AT @nashvilleabc YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS THIS……#PATSYCLINE."

Tyler is clad in his usual wild garb for the photo, with a shimmering silver shirt and pants, a long scarf and his trademark scarf hanging from the mic stand, while Panettiere flashes the peace sign, dressed all in black.

The rocker-turned-country singer's representative confirmed the appearance to Us Weekly. Tyler joins a long list of celebrities who have appeared on the show, including Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson and First Lady Michelle Obama, as well as country stars like Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley and Florida Georgia Line. His Instagram post suggests that he and Panettiere will duet on the Patsy Cline classic, "Crazy."

"Love Is Your Name" is the lead single from an entire album of country material that Tyler is working on.

“This is a side project, which has now turned into a love of life,” he says. “I think we got something here that the radio would love to play. Look, that’s why I’m in it. I love to take the f–ing power to wow to the 100th degree. It’s just what I do.”
