Grammy Award winning country and Americana star Sturgill Simpson released the music video for his new single, "All Around You" on Friday (Feb. 17).

The striking video features a young boy in a superhero mask and cape who discovers a gold hearted ring in the ground. After he puts the ring on his finger with rolling clouds in the background, the young child continues to grow stronger as the ring gets bigger, in between striking shots of the universe from the stars and moon to the ocean. The video accompanies empowering lyrics such as 'Cause time slips away / Skies fall apart / It ain't too hard / A universal heart / Glowing, flowing, all around you.

Simpson delivered a strong performance of the track at the 2017 Grammy Awards with the Dap Kings, complete with horn players and violinists. Simpson also took home his first Grammy win for Best Country Album for his latest project, A Sailor's Guide to Earth, on which "All Around You" appears, beating out the likes of Keith UrbanMaren MorrisLoretta Lynn and Brandy Clark for the accolade. The singer dedicated his big win to his wife and son.

He was also nominated for the coveted Album of the Year, which was awarded to Adele for her record-breaking album, 25.  A Sailor's Guide to Earth topped Billboard's Top Country Albums, Top Rock Albums and U.S. Folk Albums charts after its release in 2016.

Simpson is set for tour dates across the country in 2017, including a stop at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Colo. on Sept. 25.
