Country radio station employees all across the country have cast their votes on who they feel should represent country music during the 2012 New Faces show to be held during next year's Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville. The votes have been tallied, and the finalists are Sunny Sweeney, David Nail, Hunter Hayes, the Eli Young Band and Thompson Square, who will all take the stage in February at the Nashville Convention Center to perform in front of key personnel in the music industry.

The 2012 New Faces of Country Music show will be co-sponsored by the Academy of Country Music and Muscular Dystrophy Association. CRS sponsor Lucchese Boots is proudly providing each New Faces performer with a custom-made pair of Lucchese Boots.

The annual showcase will take place on Friday, Feb. 24 -- the final day of the three-day seminar held at Nashville's Renaissance Hotel. The Country Radio Broadcasters-Country Aircheck Awards are also presented during the New Faces show. The awards recognize those individuals that have demonstrated outstanding efforts in country radio and the music industry in the past year. A total of 28 awards will be presented during the New Faces show.

Those who have not registered for the industry seminar can still sign up by visiting the official CRS website. Regular registration rate for CRS 2012 is $499
