A number of country stars used the luckiest day of the year to get married. 'From a Table Away' singer Sunny Sweeney married boyfriend Jeff Hellmer on 11/11/11 in Las Vegas. While the singer tweeted all the details of the day, she didn't share if the moment proved lucky in other ways. “If I ever wonder where I got my compulsive gambling gene, my dad left casino at 420 am and my mom left at 5am,” Sweeney tweeted recently. “That’s what Vegas is for.” Hellmer is a sergeant with the Austin Police Department.
