The Swon Brothers, consisting of siblings Zach and Colton Swon, shot to fame following their third place finish on NBC's 'The Voice.' But Zach actually rubbed shoulders with one of country's biggest stars, Carrie Underwood, while still in college at Northeastern State University.  He discusses that experience with Taste of Country Nights.

"We were in this country music show that the college put on, and we did it for credit," he explains. However, he really got to know her -- or at least her culinary tastes -- when they attended a country music theater class together. "The class was so small," Zach recalls. "It was a night class and there was probably only eight people in it."

Since the class happened every Tuesday night, one person had to cook for the whole class, or pick up dinner. "Carrie worked at a place called Sam and Ella's Pizza, and it was awesome; it was right there by campus. So ... every time it was her turn, that's what she would bring into the class."

The pizza that Underwood provided probably tasted like fine Italian cuisine in comparison to what Zach brought when it was his turn. "What I really got famous for was Arby's bags," he admits. "I would literally just go and buy tons of roast beef and cheddar sandwiches." Of course Underwood -- a proud vegetarian -- couldn't have enjoyed this.
