Fans lucky enough to attend the Dayton, Ohio stop of the Miranda Lambert/Dierks Bentley Locked and Reloaded tour last night (Feb. 15) got a real treat. That's because Blake Shelton showed up to perform his brand new single 'Sure Be Cool if You Did' with his wife Lambert.
Not everyone loves the Hallmark holiday known as Valentine's Day -- especially those who are single and unattached.
