Craig Morgan

Craig Morgan possesses one the most distinctive male voices in country music, and along with his song choices, he's used that to build a catalog of hits that sounds different than any other artist in the genre. Morgan's father was a bass player, but Morgan initially took a different road, first becoming an EMT, then enlisting in the Army, where he spent nearly ten years. It was during his service that he began to pursue music, though he was still in the Reserves when he put out his self-titled debut album in 2000. His second album, 2003's 'I Love It,' gave him his first Top 10 hit, "Almost Home," which also won a BMI Award for Song of the Year. In 2004 Morgan scored his biggest chart success to date with "What I Love About Sunday," which reached No. 1 and was also Billboard's No. 1 country song of the year. Morgan has scored additional hits including "Redneck Yacht Club," "Little Bit of Life," "International Harvester" and more, and is also notable for his strong support of the military, as well as various charitable causes. Morgan is also an avid outdoorsman and hosts his own show, 'Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors,' on the Outdoor Channel. He became a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 2008.
