As a finishing touch to his Farewell Tour, which has been criss-crossing the country over the past few months, Glen Campbell has released a tear-jerking new music video for 'A Better Place,' which will put a lump in the viewer's throat from the first bar of the song.

During last night's (September 6) near-capacity concert in Little Rock, Ark., the Robinson Center Music Hall audience was on their feet before the band ever played a note of music, the packed room delivering a heartfelt, standing ovation for Glen Campbell, Arkansas's native son and the country music icon on the final stops of his unprecedented Goodbye Tour.

Glen Campbell lived through a boozy, cocaine-fueled decade in the '70s (and early '80s) to later find God and a good woman and enjoy a career rebirth that only wrapped up recently. Country music legend Glen Campbell has pulled out of his Australian tour with fellow icon Kenny Rogers -- and the speculation is that Campbell's progressing battle with Alzheimer's is to blame for the last-minute cancellations.

Rather than laying low and disappearing from the music scene, Campbell announced a full-blown tour as his way to say thank you to his loyal fans throughout the years.

As Glen Campbell took the stage at the 2012 Grammy Awards on Sunday night, more than a few fans and friends in the audience looked nervous, not sure how the country legend would do during a celebration of his life and career.
