Joe Nichols

Joe Nichols has one of the most distinctive singing voices of any male singer in country music. The Arkansas native played in some early rock bands and worked as a deejay before signing to Intersound Records for his first album, 1996's 'Joe Nichols.' It was unsuccessful, and Nichols also struggled through a short-lived deal with Giant Records before signing to Universal South for his second album, 'Man With a Memory,' which became his breakthrough with the success of "The Impossible." Nichols has gone on to a string of hits that includes "Brokenheartsville," "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off" and "Gimmie That Girl." He signed a new deal with Red Bow Records in 2012 and released a new album, 'Crickets,' in 2013, scoring two No. 1 hits with "Sunny & 75" and "Yeah."
