Later this week, Toby Keith is gearing up for his 9th-annual Toby Keith and Friends Golf Classic event -- but this year's will be extra special. To kick the whole thing off, Keith will be present for the groundbreaking of the OK Kids Korral in Oklahoma City -- a home-away-from-home for children and families being treated at the Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center and other nearby facilities.

Toby Keith began his performance of his monster hit 'Red Solo Cup' while walking through the crowd at the 2012 ACM Awards tonight (April 1) with a -- you guessed it -- red Solo cup in one hand and a microphone in the other. The singer roamed amongst the people for the course of the entire song, and most of the audience members were also holding their own disposable receptacles -- aka the things that are not just a cup but a friend. Nothing like a prop to make a point!
