Taylor Swift Named 2013’s Most Charitable Celebrity

Taylor Swift gives back in big ways, and now she’s being recognized for it. For the second straight year, Swift tops DoSomething.org’s Celebs Done Good list.

Carrie Underwood and Blake Shelton also cracked the Top 20.

The singer’s most recent act of selflessness came earlier this month when she donated $100K to the Nashville Symphony. She’s generous with her time, money and heart. Just last week, she took time to FaceTime an 8-year-old dying of cancer. It was the girl’s last wish, and Swift made it a dream come true. Laney Brown died on Christmas morning.

The list names 20 celebrities who embrace the giving spirit. Pop music stars One Direction and Beyonce come in at No. 2 and 3, while actor Paul Walker lands at No. 4 just weeks after his death.
