Miranda Lambert Gives Highest Praise to Taylor Swift’s ‘Red’ Album

Taylor Swift has a fan in fellow country blonde Miranda Lambert. While getting on a plane to travel this week, the ‘Baggage Claim’ songstress shared with her fans that she is loving Swift’s new album ‘Red‘ — and even complimented the songwriting!

Lambert tweeted:

‘Red,’ which will have the biggest first week of any album all year, is full of Swift’s signature open-diary love songs, and that’s actually why it appeals to Lambert, who is known for her sassy, “bad girl of country” persona. Even a tough broad — and we mean that lovingly — like the ‘White Liar’ hitmaker can appreciate Swift’s ability to distill heartbreak in the medium of song.

We love it when the first ladies of country music come together and support one another. We bet that Swift is totally bowled over by this compliment from Lambert — picture her “shock and awe” awards show face upon being alerted of said tweet.
