Taylor Swift and Tim McGraw represented country music on Thursday (July 4) with performances at the Macy's Fireworks Spectacular. Swift sang two songs during a pre-recorded performance from Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, Texas, while McGraw sang 'Something Like That' and 'Southern Girl' live from New York.

McGraw was one of the NBC broadcast's headliners, along with Mariah Carey. Nick Cannon hosted the music and fireworks extravaganza, which also included performances from Selena Gomez, Cher and Pitbull.

Swift was joined by Red Tour opener Ed Sheeran to sing 'Everything Has Changed' in her performance slot. At one point during the show, she encouraged fans to wave around illuminated light sticks, branded with the Red Tour logo. The performance, and a recording of 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,' were taped during her May 25 concert in Dallas.
