The Band Perry has announced Welcome to My Bad Imagination, a series of nine pop-up shows that will launch March 5 in Atlanta, Ga., to introduce their new direction to their most loyal fans.

The Grammy-winning trio, who recently shifted from country music to the pop market, will connect up close and personal with fans at these shows, revealing a first glimpse into new songs, the band’s creative vision and a pop-up shop containing exclusive collectors edition band merchandise. My Bad Imagination is slated for release sometime in 2017.

"We want our fans to see and feel as much as they hear My Bad Imagination,” says Reid Perry in a press release. “So we've created this series of pop-up shows in some of our favorite small rooms around the country to give them the first look at the designs and music that have led us to this moment of growth for our band.”

The Band Perry Never Said They Were Going Pop?!

The group, who rose to fame in 2010 with the country single “If I Die Young,” have been transitioning to the pop world since the 2015 single “Live Forever,” and the forthcoming My Bad Imagination signals that transition is complete.

"My Bad Imagination is an album with a ton of layers and surprises for our fans," says Kimberly Perry. "Our fans have stuck by us over the past year while we've been quietly creating our new music, and now we want to get close to them as we can to start listening and moving to these new sounds together.”

The Band Perry released the new album’s first single, “Stay in the Dark,”  on Feb. 3, and quickly followed with a pop-infused performance on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

VIP presale tickets for Welcome to My Bad Imagination pop up shows are available Thursday, Feb. 16 at 9AM CST for 24 hours at TheBandPerry.com. General tickets go public Friday, Feb. 17 at 9AM CST, also at the official website.
