Two men with great admiration for each other square off in this Taste of Country Showdown song battle. Home Free's cover of "Elvira" has been retired to the Showdown Hall of Fame after five straight wins. Today and Tuesday, Brett Eldredge and Ronnie Dunn's fans will face off.

Eldredge's second single from Illinois is called "Drunk On Your Love." The mid-tempo love song finds the singer head over heels in love, again. It also provides space for Eldredge to show off his big country-crooner voice, a voice his competition is a big fan of.

Dunn takes any opportunity he can find to brag on Eldredge, an artist he learned about through his daughter. The two recently shared a stage in Nashville for a taping of CMA Songwriters Front and Center on PBS. That included the country veteran's new single, his first from an upcoming album. "Ain't No Trucks In Texas" is a pure country song that fans young and old will welcome to the radio.

Listen to clips of both Eldredge’s and Dunn’s songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Wednesday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Wednesday.

Showdown Rules: The song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a new challenger in the next Showdown. Vote as much as once per hour online. If a song wins five Showdowns in a row, it will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete. Some songs will be considered for a second Showdown if voter turnout is healthy in a losing effort.
