Tim McGraw may have a lot going on these days, but the big-hearted country music superstar is never too busy to give back, as the Conner family of Woonsocket, Rhode Island found out recently. McGraw teamed with Operation Homefront to present the military family with a new home on Aug. 25 -- and he had a very special surprise for their little girl.

The 'Truck Yeah' hitmaker is an avid supporter of the U.S. military, and during his recent Brothers of the Sun Tour with Kenny Chesney he teamed with Chase bank and the ACM Lifting Lives program for Operation Homefront, which provides mortgage-free homes to military families in need.

McGraw met with military families at every stop of the recent tour, but his visit to the Conners was a surprise. When the family first entered their new home, they found the singer waiting inside to show them around -- much to their delight.

If that wasn't enough, the superstar had one more trick up his sleeve. He urged the couple's daughter, Molly, to explore the backyard, where she found a cute black lab puppy waiting for her. She appropriately chose the name Little Tiny for the adorable dog, and with a final hug, McGraw had to be on his way.

The singer recently released a new single titled 'Truck Yeah,' the first track from a forthcoming album that will be his first for Big Machine Records. He and his wife, fellow country superstar Faith Hill, will begin a residency at the Venetian in Las Vegas on Dec. 7.
