ToC Encore: Should Garth Brooks Give in to iTunes?

Some country fans may not even realize Garth Brooks isn’t on iTunes, but it’s true. The country legend is one of the last hold outs to turn his songs over to the digital retailer, or a digital retailer. The timing couldn’t be better, with a comeback scheduled for 2014 and excitement for his music at levels not seen in over five years.
