'Time Marches On,' and so does the year of 2010. Rhymin' Richie from Albany, N.Y.'s 107.7 WGNA radio station has recapped the past 12 months with a little help from country singer Tracy Lawrence. With a headline-driven song and video, the morning show host pays tribute to the melody and vibe of Lawrence's 1996 hit single.

From reminding us of the bad economy and the Gulf oil spill to honoring the celebrities we've lost this year and the Beatles making their way to iTunes, the parody touches upon many of the major events of 2010 -- all to the tune of 'Time Marches On.'

Lawrence's memorable 'Time Marches On,' which chronicles the ever-changing lives of a family, became the longest-lasting No. 1 hit of his career. The song also garnered the musician a CMA nomination for Single of the Year in 1996, in addition to Song of the Year nominations in 1996 and 1997.
