Travis Tritt's 1991 hit finds a man alone at the bar dreaming about love. The bad boy singer pulls back his tough exterior to reveal a big heart that hurts and loves. When it was released, 'Drift Off to Dream' further added to Tritt's already growing star power and resume as a bright country newcomer.

"You'll feel the passion as time after time / I press your sweet lips to mine / Then we'll dance to the radio, right up 'til dawn / 'Til you drift off to dream in my arms," Tritt sings to close the first verse. It's Tritt's search for love that makes the song so unique, and what allows its inclusion on the Top 100 Country Love Songs list.
