Tyler Farr thinks girls look better in boots, and in his steamy "Better in Boots" music video, you can't blame him. The third single off his sophomore album Suffer in Peace was written by Justin Wilson, Dave Pittenger and Naomi Cooke and explains that while a girl in a tight dress is nice to look at, there's something special about a girl in boots.

"Yeah, you know I love you in a tight dress / But you’re, oh my God, slippin’ out of it / You turn me on, girl you know you do / But you tear me up even better in boots," Farr sings at the video's start.

The music video was filmed in Springfield, Tenn., and includes dirt bikes, dancers in boots and a cowboy showing off some rope tricks. Filmed on a hot day, in a behind-the-scenes video Farr laments on the heat while dressed in a leather jacket as he performs the song in a barn, backed by his band.

Meanwhile, former Miss Kansas Theresa Vail acts as the female lead in the video and gets comfortable on camera shooting her bow. Even she admits she likes it better when she wears boots.

"The lyrics resonated with me because in the beginning this woman is in a dress but she's better in boots," Vail says in a behind-the-scenes clip. "I don't wear heels. I always feel more comfortable in my cowboy boots."

Farr will play 2016 Country Jam next summer.
