Gill's Down to My Last Bad Habit was released Feb. 12 (just in time for Valentine's Day) and one of the most memorable tracks on the record is his duet with "Burning House" singer Cam. Gill had nothing but nice things to say about the country cutie and their song.

“Oh that’s a pretty song, ‘I’ll Be Waiting For You.’ I’m crazy about that kid," he gushes. "I first met her a year or so ago, I was doing a benefit for the Country Music Hall of Fame out on the west coast and she was there and they told us about her and we got her up there to sing a song and she killed it and everybody loved her. It was so neat to see her get off the dime right off the bat with a big hit.”

Gill's 12-track album is out now on iTunes. The album features a song for George Jones, a track with Little Big Town and 10 other songs -- all written by Gill. The singer is also celebrating 25 years with the Grand Ole Opry this year, a musical event he calls "90 years young."

Sam Alex is the host of Taste of Country Nights radio, a syndicated night show which airs on more than 60 Townsquare Media Group stations nationwide.
