Dierks Bentley's "Burning Man" video, like the song, features his pals and labelmates Brothers Osborne and puts the threesome in the middle of a desert.

Beginning with a scroll of photographs that track Bentley from childhood to adulthood, the piece follows the country star as he stands in quiet solitude, then as he stands before thousands of fans during his electric live show. While the lyrics reflect the internal struggle of the duality of human nature, the video offers visual metaphors of the same through changes in the terrain and sky.

The Bros join him in the video, which was directed by longtime video collaborator Wes Edwards and was shot with California's Salton Sea in the backdrop.

"This song is a personal reflection and it was important to me that you feel that with the video," Bentley explains. "The Bros and I flew out to the desert in July to shoot this …several people on the crew had heat strokes, two cars got stuck in the sand and we had to have a rattlesnake wrangler with us at all times … but we got the shots!"

It’s been a solid year for Bentley, who hosted his first-ever Seven Peaks Music Festival in Buena Vista, Colo., in August. The award-winning singer-songwriter also sold out his first headlining show at Madison Square Garden as part of the 2018 Mountain High Tour with Brothers Osborne and Lanco.

"Burning Man" is the second single from Bentley's critically-acclaimed album The Mountain.
