This houseboat comes with the purchase of Alan Jackson's 6,100 square foot home on a secluded peninsula in Tennessee. The singer says he doesn't spend much time at this vacation home anymore, so now that his daughters are growing up and moving on, he's decided to sell.

According to Real Estalker, the 3.5-acre property also includes a four bedroom guest house and a one bedroom caretaker's cottage. Over the past two years, Jackson has sold a number of his properties as he reevaluates his real estate needs. Just two years ago he sold Sweetbriar, the 135-acre estate near Nashville for an eye-bulging $28 million. You can see more photos of the home here.
