It’s Chris Thompson of Eli Young Band’s Tattoo!

Chris Thompson from Eli Young Band has at least two tattoos, including the anchor and scroll seen in the picture above. In 2007, the band took a break from the road to get tattoos and piercings. Thompson, the drummer, got a tattoo of a snare drum on his left shoulder, while lead singer Mike Eli got the words "Highways and Broken Hearts" inked into his right shoulder. Bassist Jon Jones also got an eyebrow piercing on that occasion.

In 2012, EYB snagged their first major award when 'Crazy Girl' won Song of the Year at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas. While they've been together for over a decade, it's been a slow climb to success for the Texas foursome. Their 'Life at Best' album has been their most successful of the four they've released since 2002.
