It’s Jake Owen’s Tattoo!

Jake Owen got this star tattoo in July of 2010. At the time, it was at least his second tattoo, including the Waylon Jennings logo on his left arm. Owen has since added a third piece of body work -- a pair of lips on his bicep.

Owen shared that the lips are those of his then-girlfriend and now wife. He explained that since he can't take her perfect lips with him on the road, he wanted to at least do it symbolically. Now he can kiss her good night even when she's not around, although that sight may draw a few funny looks from his bandmates.
