Kenny Chesney won the first-ever fan voted Entertainer of the Year Award back in 2005, and he won subsequent awards in 2006, 2007 and 2008. This year, Chesney was presented with an ACM Milestone Award at the 50th annual ACM Awards.

Before receiving the award, Chesney performed a live version of his classic hit "Young," belting out the lyrics as dedicated fans mouthed the words. Chesney also sang his new single "Wild Child." Wearing his signature cowboy hat and faded jeans, Chesney gave a memorable performance.

Eric Church presented Chesney with a Milestone Award after his energetic performance.

"Thank you so much, everybody! To be a part of all of this was just more than a kid from East Tennessee could really have dreamed of at one time," Chesney shared. "The first time I came to the ACMs I had a record deal, so to be up here tonight is beyond any dream I ever had. But I do want to say...I do want to thank the fans out there that have let me and my road family hold your lives in our hands for so many years. I really do appreciate it. Thank you for loving music, loving life, and giving all of us up here a great life. We love you!"
