The title-track from Rodney Atkins' second studio album was the most played song on country radio in 2006, spending four weeks at No. 1. However, the song deserves inclusion on the Top 100 Country Songs list for the way it inspired millions of country fans.

This perfect message -- to keep waking up, keep pushing forward and keep smiling -- is a musical blast of cold water to those stuck in a rut. The song was nominated for ACM Song of the Year, and 'If You're Going Through Hell' was nominated for Album of the Year in 2007.
