Congratulations to Shooter Jennings and his fiancee, actress Drea de Matteo, who welcomed their second child to the world Thursday afternoon (April 7). "Waylon Albert 'Blackjack' Jennings has arrived folks!" Jennings tweeted Thursday afternoon, announcing his son's birth. "Thanks for all the kind words folks! We're super lucky to have so many kind friends!"

Shooter Jennings, son of Waylon Jennings, has signed to 429 Records. The first fruit of the partnership will be the re-release of the original version of Jennings' controversial, 20-track rock opera 'Black Ribbons,' plus a new 10-track "bullet version" due out on Feb. 8.

Outlaw country rocker Shooter Jennings and his fiancée, actress Drea de Matteo, are expecting their second child. People magazine reports that de Matteo, best known for her work on 'The Sopranos,' is five months pregnant and is expected to be due in the spring.
