There is no shortage of Johnny Cash tattoos in the world. Many fans pay tribute to the legend by getting the famous photo of the singer waving his middle finger tattooed on their bods. This man (or woman, perhaps) chose to get Cash -- after a day or two in the hospital -- inked on their skin. The red bumps near the Man in Black's chin aren't doing anyone any favors.
