Ashley Monroe Debuts New (Old) Song at the Grand Ole Opry [Watch]

Ashley Monroe just debuted 'Has Anybody Ever Told You' live at the Grand Ole Opry -- but it's one that she's actually had in her archives for awhile. The tune was penned with fellow country crooner Tyler Cain some time ago and will now find its rightful place on Monroe's forthcoming album.

Now seems like the perfect time for the 'Weed Instead of Roses' singer to be singing sweet love songs. Monroe and Chicago White Sox pitcher John Danks just got married in October and are still right in the middle of newlywed bliss.

"I don't know how to explain it / but you keep my sky from raining," sings Monroe as if her Major League man were sitting in the front row (maybe he was!). "And you turn the gray to bright blue / has anybody ever told you?"

Along with a successful solo career, Monroe is also part of the rocking country trio the Pistol Annies with her friends Angaleena Presley and country icon, Miranda Lambert.
