Pop star Justin Bieber has yet to record a country music song -- although he did collaborate with Rascal Flatts -- but a growing number of country artists are lining up to work with him. Add the Band Perry to that list. Bieber recently shared that the brother/sister trio helped him with a song for his new holiday album.

On his Twitter page, Bieber says, "@thebandperry heard the final version of our song for the Christmas album!! Love it. glad to have you!" On Wednesday Kimberly, Reid and Neil Perry tweeted back, "Thx JB. Thrilled to be a part!"

According to reports, Bieber's album won't include typical holiday standards. MTV.com reports that manager Scooter Braun recently tweeted, ""All originals ... soon 2 b classics. every1 i play it 4 is blown away. #excited." Taylor Swift's name has also been attached to the project. The two have been rumored to have written a song together and Bieber recently showed up at one of the country star's concerts.

There's been no details about when the album might hit stores, but one assumes that if he's recording in hopes of a 2011 release, it'll be available well before the traditional day-after-Thanksgiving start to the shopping season.
