Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert Among Most Desirable Neighbors

Some things never really change, and that includes the amount of people who want Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert sharing their fence. The country power couple again tops the list of Zillow's Most Desirable Celebrity Neighbors for 2013!

Shelton and Lambert come in at No. 2 on the list, tying with Jennifer Lawrence, actress from 'Hunger Games' and notable Hollywood idol. Last year, the country music duo was at No. 1, but new 'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon has claimed that spot with a tiny one percent lead over the country couple.

All of the top celebs (who also include ‘Good Morning America’ host Robin Roberts and ‘Modern Family’ star Sofia Vergara) have a few similar traits -- they're hilarious, intelligent and seem to live with relatively low drama. Those attributes are both positive and really neighborly, unlike the list of worst famous neighbors, which includes Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga.

Shelton and Lambert keep a hectic travel schedule, so they really wouldn't be around that much if they did live next door. But when they are home in Oklahoma, it sounds like they like to keep it pretty low-key, with date nights at Dairy Queen or driving around their property clearing brush and singing.

“Where I live in Oklahoma, I am just Miranda to the locals, and when I go to the feed store to buy stuff for my animals, they don’t care that I sing for a living,” Lambert says. “I try to live a normal life as much as possible. Living away from the activity and making my home in Oklahoma is a plus. I have a quiet life there, and love spending time with my animals, family and friends.”

Shelton and Lambert would definitely be the type of neighbors who would let you borrow a cup of sugar or give your car a jump start. No wonder they topped the Most Desirable list ... again!
