Blake Shelton

Blake Shelton's country career began early. He was playing guitar and writing his own songs before he could legally drive a car, and by 17 — three years after older brother Richie died — he'd moved to Nashville to chase his dreams. It would take awhile, as Shelton wouldn't release "Austin" until eight years later. From there, his career was a series of highs and lows until he released "Home," a Michael Buble cover. The single would hit No. 1, beginning a streak of songs reaching that mark. Shelton's television appearances also picked up, first as a judge on 'Nashville Star,' then 'Clash of the Choirs,' and finally 'The Voice.' Personally, his life has had ups and downs; his first marriage ended in 2006, and he and Miranda Lambert ended their marriage in 2015 after four years.
