Blake Shelton was already sweaty as he took the stage to perform 'Honey Bee' during the 'CMA Music Festival' broadcast on ABC Sunday night. Shelton did his best to match the album version of the multi-week hit song, and fans sang along to every word.

Shelton was the night's second performer --  following Brad Paisley -- although all performances are pre-taped from June's CMA Music Festival in Nashville. Three women dressed as bumble bees are no doubt squealing tonight, after getting significant TV time. They ladies sang and shook to every word, holding a sign reading "We are your honey bee Blake!"

We expect to see more from Shelton during the three-hour special. In preview videos released by ABC, the singer is seen alongside Trace Adkins belting out their hit duet 'Hillbilly Bone.' Shelton is currently on tour with Paisley. He released his 'Red River Blue' album featuring 'Honey Bee' in July.
