Just in time for Christmas, Blake Shelton released the biblically-themed music video for ‘New Kid In Town,’ a track from his holiday album, ‘Cheers, It’s Christmas.’

The clip features footage from ‘The Bible,’ an epic, 10-hour television series that is set to debut on the History Channel on March 3. Acclaimed actress Roma Downey, known best for her role on ‘Touched by an Angel,’ will star in the made-for-television mini-series. She will portray the Blessed Mother.

“I love Christmas music,” shares the CMA Entertainer of the Year. “I listen to it year-round. I had always wanted to do a Christmas album, so getting to do ‘Cheers, It’s Christmas’ was exciting for me.”

The 14-track Christmas collection features a host of special guests, including Kelly Clarkson, who provides harmonies on ‘New Kid In Town.’ Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire and Pistol Annies also lend their voices on ‘Cheers, It’s Christmas.’
