Brad Paisley is one of the funniest personalities in country music, and now he's bringing his wit to the small screen in his very own comedy special.

Paisley announced that he will star in a special titled Brad Paisley's Comedy Rodeo in a post to Facebook Friday (June 23). The country star's debut comedy special is set to air on Netflix on Aug. 15.

According to a press release, the hour-long comedy special will feature special guests and fellow comedians Nate Bargatze, John Heffron, Jon Reep, Sarah Tiana and Mike E. Winfield. Baywatch star David Hasselhoff (who also co-stars in Paisley's "Last Time for Everything" video) and Reba McEntire will also make appearances in the special, which Paisley filmed during two shows at Zanies Comedy Club in Nashville as part of the Wild West Comedy Festival.

Paisley took the twice on April 18 during the festival, which ran from April 17-23 and also featured sets from Bobby Bones, Larry the Cable Guy, Adam Sandler and more.

This is Paisley's first comedy special, but he actually appeared at the festival in 2016 as well, where he hosted his own night during the annual comedy festival. He's also showed off his quick wit every year for the last nine years co-hosting the CMA Awards with Carrie Underwood, where their natural comedy chemistry has made them a staple of the broadcast. The duo will return to co- host for the tenth time in November.

Paisley has been trying his hand at all sorts of new ventures recently. He recently released his eleventh studio album, Love and War, and accompanied the project with country music's first-ever visual album.
