With a wall of mechanical fans blowing hair all across her face, Carrie Underwood performed the title track from her new 'Blown Away' album at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night. The country singer's performance lacked the luminaries, exotic dancers and costumes many of the previous artists employed, but it lacked nothing in talent. She was as vocally strong as she's ever been during a televised performance.
