From Sara: This is always one of my favorite things to make and eat for holiday dinners. It's SUPER easy to make and is one of my guilty pleasures. One year after Easter dinner I ended up eating an entire pan of the leftovers. Oops! :)

What You’ll Need:

Crock pot
Basting brush
Whole chicken
½ cup of milk (any kind)
Salt and pepper
Smart Balance butter (about half a cup)

How to Make Crock Pot Butter Chicken:

Put the whole chicken in a crock pot with lots of salt and pepper.
Add two heaping spoonfuls of Smart Balance.
Add a half a cup of milk.
Keep crock pot on high for 4-6 hours.
Brush juices on the chicken throughout cooking.
Eat!
