Carrie Underwood is one of several performers at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards. The singer will debut her new single, “Church Bells,” this Sunday (April 3) during the the awards show broadcast on CBS.

“Church Bells” was written by Zach Crowell, Brett James and Hillary Lindsey and produced by Mark Bright. The song is Underwood’s third single off her latest album Storyteller and will be at radio starting April 11.

“I love songs about strong women,” Underwood says in a press release. “I love being sucked into that story: rooting for the woman and seeing that she does something powerful that she never thought she could do. People are strongest when they’re pushed to their limits.”

Underwood is nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year at the ACM Awards and she recently celebrated her 23rd career No. 1 with “Heartbeat.” The singer was also announced as being the recipient of the 2016 Lifting Lives Gary Haber Award. The honor is given each year to a country artist or industry professional who is committed to serving others, has a generosity of spirit and shows a dedication to helping those in need.

In addition to performing at the awards show, Underwood will serve as a headliner for the ACM Party for a Cause Festival on April 1, which benefits ACM Lifting Lives. She was one of the first country artists to partner with the organization when she brought musical instruments to public schools in her hometown of Checotah, Okla. Additionally, she has served in several efforts with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, Operation Homefront and her own C.A.T.S. Foundation, which serves her hometown community.
