Carrie Underwood and Joey + Rory were among the big winners at the 2015 Inspirational Country Music Awards, which took place at Cornerstone Church in Madison, Tenn. on Thursday evening (Oct 22).

The ICM Awards are part of the annual ICM Faith, Family and Country Week. The week's activities include nightly showcases, a luncheon, a membership breakfast and more, culminating in the awards ceremony.

Underwood's “Something in the Water” took home Mainstream Song of the Year and Video of the Year honors during the ceremony, and Underwood was also named Mainstream Country Female Artist of the Year.

Joey + Rory won Mainstream Country Duo/Group of the Year, and T. Graham Brown was named Mainstream Country Male Artist of the Year. For a full list of winners, visit the awards show’s website.

The win marks a bright spot in an otherwise very difficult week for Joey + Rory, who announced on Friday that they have decided to discontinue treatments for Joey's cancer after doctors broke the news that there is nothing more they can do for her.

"So we did what you do when the medicine isn’t working, and the doctors are at a loss…and when the ‘statistics” say you can do more chemo, but it will only buy you a little time…” Rory writes. “We came home. Not to die. But to live."

The couple have canceled all of their remaining Farmhouse Concert dates in light of Joey's prognosis, and are asking fans to join them in prayer. "While we prepare for what God has put in front of us… Joey and I will continue to pray for a miracle," Rory writes. "We ask for your prayers too. For a miracle. And even more so, for peace with His decision.

"That is enough."
