Chris Young's 'Who I Am With You' is sitting pretty in the top spot on the Mediabase Country Singles chart. The song just scored the singer his sixth No. 1.

'Who I Am With You' is officially certified Gold -- that, combined with a summer on the road, has got Young in a pretty good place.

"Yeah, I’m pretty happy right now,” he says in a release.

'Who I Am With You' was written by Marv Green, Jason Sellers and Paul Jenkins and is a good old-fashioned country love song. The song's main character -- Young, in this case -- admits that his love interest makes him "who I really want to be," adding "you're so good for me."

“Everybody is looking for that one person who lets them be themselves and, whether we want to admit it or not, pushes us to be a better person,” Young explains about his new No. 1 hit. “This song couldn’t say it any better and I’m glad I got to be the person to sing it.”

'Who I Am With You' is the second single from Young's album, 'A.M.' The first single, 'Aw Naw,' has also garnered significant success. It climbed into the Top 5 and was also certified Gold.

Young is currently on the road with Dierks Bentley on his Riser Tour. He's got stops coming up with the 'Drunk on a Plane' singer in Morrison, Colorado, Los Angeles, California, Phoenix, Arizona and Chula Vista, California, among other cities.
