Country Stars Who Have Acted: Julianne Hough

Julianne Hough's acting career actually began before the world took notice of her dancing, and later, her singing. She had an extra role in the first Harry Potter movie, but more recently she starred in the remake of 'Footloose,' and later in 2012 will appear alongside Tom Cruise in 'Rock of Ages.' Additionally, she says she has more serious, non-singing and dancing roles planned for the future. With no new music on the horizon, Hough is becoming an actress who sings instead of a singer who acts.
