Elenowen, a husband-and-wife duo comprised of Josh and Nicole Johnson, impressed the coaches on Tuesday night's premiere of 'The Voice' with a beautiful rendition of the Swell Season's 'Falling Slowly,' the Oscar-winning song from the film 'Once.' The couple chose country superstar Blake Shelton to coach them on the show.

The Nashville pair released their debut album, 'Pulling Back the Veil,' in January 2010. The disc finds Josh and Nicole trading verses on a collection of harmonious ballads that combine a folk-pop vibe with a little bit of country flair. The tunes are currently streaming on Elenowen's MySpace page.

Elenowen reveal that the tracks on 'Pulling Back the Veil' are inspired by the couple's own relationship. "The first year of marriage had major ups and downs for us, and gave us a lot of inspiration to write," explains Nicole in a promotional video for 'Pulling Back the Veil.' "And that's just what the album ended up being about."

On 'The Voice,' the couple admitted they were struggling to move out of their parents' basement. Shelton drew from his own experience being in a romantic relationship with Miranda Lambert to convince Elenowen to join his team.
