Lady Antebellum singer Hillary Scott has shared some thrilling news about her pregnancy: She is expecting a baby girl! Time for her friends and family to start shopping for lots of pink clothes and pretty baby items.

Scott's rep confirmed the news that a pink bundle of joy is on the way for the singer, 26, and husband Chris Tyrrell, to Us Weekly. The little girl will be the first child for the couple, who wed in January 2012 and announced that they were going to become parents in December.

While Scott -- currently playing against type as a leather-clad, eyeliner-slathered bad girl in the band's 'Downtown' video' -- did not share what names she and Tyrrell are considering, we do know one thing is certain and that's the fact that her bandmates Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood will be spoiling this little sweetheart once she makes her grand entrance into the world later this year, as they admitted on national TV during their appearance on 'The Talk.'

There are plenty of fun times at Chuck E. Cheese ahead. Or perhaps some playdates with Jake Owen's new daughter, Pearl?

Scott and the rest of Lady Antebellum are booked to play the 2013 Taste of Country Music Festival this June, which is likely to be her last public appearance before baby arrives.
