Country fans are apparently hitting the sand and waves for a beach party (even if they're land locked!), because they're listening to Jake Owen's hit 'Beachin',' which has nabbed the No. 1 spot on country radio charts.

The Gold-certified song marks Owens' fifth No. 1 and his fastest-selling track to date. It landed at No. 1 on both the Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay charts, giving the star a celebratory Independence Day weekend, indeed. Fans have responded to the song in a huge way.

'Beachin'' is the ultra-catchy hit from Owens' newest record 'Days of Gold.' He hit up the 2014 CMT Music Awards with the barefoot-worthy song, turning Nashville into a beach party, complete with palm trees, beach balls and, of course, bare feet.

Owen is currently on his 75-city plus Days of Gold Tour along with Eli Young Band, Parmalee, Thomas Rhett and the Cadillac Three. It's set to run through the warm summer months into the golden days of autumn, finishing up Oct. 25 in the star's hometown of Vero Beach, Fla.

He's also up for his first Teen Choice Award, nominated for Choice Male Country Artist. The awards air live Aug. 10 on FOX and fans 13-19 can vote once a day on the show's website.
