Luke Bryan just took his ongoing back-and-forth with Blake Shelton to a whole new level.

The country superstar posted the pic above to Twitter on Wednesday (April 1), showing off his "new ink" — a really bad likeness of Shelton on his right shoulder.

It doesn't take a graphics expert to see that Bryan's new tattoo is actually a photoshop of a bad Shelton tattoo. In the picture above, it's been superimposed over a real tattoo that Bryan got at the same time his other brother from another mother, Jason Aldean, got a similar one, to mark their endorsement of the Buck Commander line.

Bryan and Shelton have been giving each other a funny hard time in the run-up to the ACM Awards, which they will co-host once again this year. Most recently, the pair sat down for a hilarious game of "Would You Rather?" that displayed both of their witty sides. Asked if he'd rather listen to “Country Girl (Shake It for Me)” or “Rain Is a Good Thing” on repeat for 24 hours straight, Shelton professed puzzlement.

“There’s no other choices?” he asked. “I’m trying to think which one of them is country. Neither one of ‘em really. I’d say ‘Rain is a Good Thing’ because … it doesn’t objectify women as badly as ‘Country Girl (Shake It for Me).’”

So far, Shelton has not responded to Bryan's tweet. See the comedy continue between the two men when the 2015 ACM Awards air live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on April 19 on CBS.
