Luke Bryan has done it again! The singer has topped the Country Singles chart this week with his latest release, 'Drunk on You.' The tune is Bryan's second consecutive No. 1 song, following a previous hit that he co-wrote with the Peach Pickers, 'I Don't Want This Night to End.'

'Drunk on You' marks Bryan's fifth career chart-topper and the first one he didn't have a hand in writing. The song was penned by Nashville heavy-weight writers Rodney Clawson and Chris Tompkins.

"It was a really fun song to write because it was just painting a scene of a bunch of kids sitting in a circle," Clawson told Taste of Country around the time the song first impacted country radio.

'Drunk on You' is not only burning up the country singles chart, but also the digital downloads. Just a few weeks ago, the catchy hit was certified platinum for sales exceeding one million copies sold. The album that contains thid No. 1 single, as well as 'I Don't Want This Night to End' and the project's debut hit, 'Country Girl (Shake It for Me),' is also a platinum-selling album for Bryan, whose name continues to get hotter and hotter with every passing day.

Congrats, Luke, on your latest achievement! Well-deserved!
