Montgomery Gentry will release their final album in February, just months after the famed country duo last recorded together.

Montgomery Gentry effectively came to an end after Troy Gentry died in a helicopter crash in September prior to a scheduled gig in New Jersey. The duo had completed new music for their label, Average Joes Entertainment, just prior to Gentry's death, and they released a new single, "Better Me," just after Gentry's death. The song interpreted the struggle Gentry faced in his mortal life and proposed that he had solved it.

Gentry's partner, Eddie Montgomery, has been mostly silent in public since Gentry's death, but in a tweet on Wednesday (Nov. 8), Montgomery shares that the duo are set  to release their final album, Here's to You, in the near future.

Montgomery says, "Hey Guys - I know it's been a while but it has been a very emotional time, but you will be hearing from soon. Our new music is coming out and I hope you'll give it a listen. Me and T-Roy were very proud of this new cd."
