Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles – Then and Now

In the seven years since Jennifer Nettles and Sugarland debuted with 'Baby Girl,' the singer has retained a trademark sparkle in her smile. The eccentric leading lady still lights up a room, just like she did in this photo from when she was a 30-year-old Nashville newbie.

Nettles' style has changed over the years, though. When the band -- which at the time included Kristian Bush and Kristen Hall -- walked the red carpet at the 2005 ACM Awards, the tall blonde was more hippie-chic than glamorous covergirl. As you can see, her outfits have become a little more revealing since then, but not so much that she turns heads for all the wrong reasons. Musically, Sugarland continues to be country innovators, with each album sampling new influences and sounds.
